    Grilled Catch of the Day

    Spend your morning relaxing on the lake, then bring home the bounty and cook up this Grilled Catch of the Day for supper!

    Ingredients

    • 2 fresh white fish
    • 6 lemons or limes
    • 1 large onion, sliced
    • 2 medium green peppers, sliced
    • 3 scallions, trimmed, but whole
    • 1/2 fresh scallops or fresh small shrimp
    • 1/4 cup white wine
    • 1/4 cup Pickapeppa Sauce

    Instructions

    1. Squeeze lemon juice over fish and refrigerate for a few hours.
       
    2. Remove and drain well. Place fish and all other ingredients on a large piece of aluminum foil.
       
    3. Close foil securely and bake on a 350 degree F grill for about one half hour or until done.
