Buy a bag of frozen mixed berries and create this Berrylicious Fruit Smoothie to ease that craving. Berries are full of powerful antioxidants that help boost your immune system and keep you feeling fabulous. With only three ingredients, this recipe isn't just delicious, it's easy and way more affordable than your average berry recipe.

Preparation Time10 min


  • 1 6 fluid ounce-cup Thrive Homemade Vanilla Frozen Nutrition
  • 6 fluid ounces 2% milk
  • 6 fluid ounces frozen mixed berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice


  1. Combine Thrive and other ingredients in Blender

  2. Add ice

  3. Blend on High for 1 minute(or until smooth)

  4. Spoon/Pour into chilled glass container.

  5. Optional – Garnish with Whipped Cream (if desired)

  6. Eat, enjoy and thrive!!!!
