Kuhn Rikon JIU Serrated Paring Knife Review

Kuhn Rikon JIU Serrated Paring Knife Review

Reviewed by , Editor,

The Kuhn Rikon JIU Serrated Paring Knife is a well-crafted knife designed to make prepping ingredients quick and simple. It is made with stainless steel and features a non-slip handle. The knife is great for slicing apples, mincing garlic, and much more!

The blade of this knife is made with high-quality stainless steel. I love that they include a safety sheath since it is easy to grab the wrong end of this sharp knife. I also really like the serrated edges which you don't often see on paring knives

I thought this knife worked wonderfully to prepare a number of different ingredients. I especially liked cutting tomatoes because the sharp and serrated blade can cut right through without smashing the fruit. I also liked using it to slice baguettes because of the serrated blade. The small size of the knife also makes it ideal for prepping smaller ingredients like garlic and ginger.

This knife is just as beautiful as it is functional. The metal blade has a mountain-scape etched across it on both sides. This gives the knife a rugged and impressive look. Because of the construction of this knife, it makes a great gift or addition to your collection.
