With extra counter space as rare as leftover pie on Thanksgiving in my kitchen, I need to rely on cabinets and drawers to store my kitchenware. Unfortunately, I am the queen of clutter, so finding the necessary pots, pans, and utensils is a hassle. The messiest drawer by far has to be my cutlery drawer. Searching for that one knife I use to cut the corn off the cob or that perfect knife I have to chop vegetables is nearly impossible. However, this soon changed once I got the Bamboo KNIFEdock. 

This knife storage system allows you to neatly tuck away your cutlery from the countertop and into the kitchen drawer. While other knife blocks utilize pre-sized slots, this ingenious storage solution sits inside the drawer and can accommodate almost any size knife. The secret is in the flexible cork-like dividers that adjust to fit the blades of just about any knife. The adjustable dividers are absolutely brilliant. With these flexible dividers, you can choose what kinds of knives to place in the dock. I like to keep my steak knives, my favorite bread knife, and my serrated knives in the KNIFEdock. KNIFEdock is also sized to fit into standard kitchen drawers, so practically every kitchen is equipped for this product. The best part about the KNIFEdock? The knives rest vertically in the tray, which makes it is easier to quickly find the knife I want. I no longer have to rummage through my knives pulling out five knives before I find that one knife I need.

The Bamboo KNIFEdock is perfect when you want a tidy kitchen with your knives out of site. You'll be able to organize everything in the drawer neatly and safely. I also like how everything is made from sustainable and recycled material. I am so happy I have this KNIFEdock now. It keeps my fingers safe and protects my knives, too. Storing knives properly is the key to keeping them in good condition. Your knives will last much longer and they'll stay sharper.
