Grilled Tilapia Fillets with Broccoli and Penne

Grilled Tilapia Fillets with Broccoli and Penne are just one of many healthy recipes Gorton's has to offer. You don't have to worry about spending tons of money on fish when you can depend on Gorton's in the frozen food aisle.

Notes

To add more zip, add more red pepper flakes and fresh basil over the top just before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets (1 box)
  • 4 ounces penne pasta, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Gorton's All Natural Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets and pasta according to package instructions and cut each fillet into 4 pieces.
     
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes and sauté onion and garlic 5 minutes.
     
  3. Add broccoli, sauté 7 minutes, add pasta and remove from heat.
     
  4. Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli mixture, arrange fish pieces over pasta and serve immediately.
