Whip up a unique, healthy dessert recipe for your next party. Summertime Fruit Pizza is perfect. This tasty treat is naturally sweet, light and comforting. It's easy to serve and even easier to prepare, which is great if you would rather spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your party guests. Enjoy this as a late night treat, or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Kellogg's Frosted Flakes
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 3 cups sliced fresh fruit or canned fruit pieces, drained
  • Whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Stir together Kellogg's Frosted Flakes cereal and butter. Spread mixture in 12-inch pizza pan. Press mixture firmly with back of spoon.

  3. Bake for 7 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Cool.

  4. Combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Spread over crust.

  5. Arrange fruit slices in circles on top of cream cheese mixture Chill.

  6. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired. Cut into 12 slices.
