No-Work Baked Chicken

Notes
"This is one of those great recipes that has quickly become a regular addition in our rotation because it’s easy, nutritious, and 100% kid (and husband)-approved!
I’m on a constant quest to find new and different meal ideas that are not only healthy, but that can be pulled together at the last minute with just a few pantry staples. Because let’s be honest: I’m not always organized when it comes to meal planning and I often find myself scrambling on a busy weeknight to serve a meal that’s delicious but also simple.
The bold flavors of fresh herbs and a rich maple-Dijon pan sauce make this baked chicken recipe fancy enough for guests; however, the tender and juicy chicken requires only a few minutes of preparation time…so it’s also a great option for school nights. Serve it with pasta, rice, or crusty bread – it’s sure to please a crowd!"

I love the combination of rosemary with chicken and I have lots of fresh rosemary in my garden at the moment. I have never tried dijon mustard with maple in a glaze. I assume it adds a sweet taste with a slight savory kick to the chicken?
