"Deliciously fudgy and frosted, these vegan low-fat brownies are easy healthy decadence in just 5 ingredients! Gluten-free, oil-free, date-sweetened. Based on the classic sweet potato brownie but made simpler, healthier, and more decadent, these brownies start with a decadently sweet duo: sweet potato and dates. Both ingredients sweeten and give them a super moist texture. Cacao powder for richness, a little bit of oat flour to balance things out, and a delicious layer of thick fudgy frosting after baking--brownie perfection!"
