Aloo Gobi Masala

Aloo Gobi Masala
Aloo Gobi Masala

"Aloo Gobi Masala is a spiced Indian vegetarian curry. Aloo means potato and gobi means cauliflower. The combination of these two vegetables turn this dish into a filling and comforting main course meal. I like to dip my nan or chapati flatbread into this spiced curry but you can serve it up too with plain cooked rice or even lemon rice. This is a great entry level dish for those who want to get to know Indian food better and for those who want to consume less meat. The recipe is not hot spicy but rather flavorful and I adjusted it to Western food preferences."
