Ferrero Fudge

Ferrero Fudge

There are two main reasons why this Ferrero Fudge recipe from Adele of Vegie Head ( is one of the best. One, there's no baking required to make this chocolate fudge recipe. Two, this simple fudge recipe is healthier by not having milk or eggs in it.

As with all raw recipes, you need to taste and add little bits at a time, these measurements are a rough guide.

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup cacao butter

  1. Put the coconut butter, agave syrup, hazelnuts, cacao powder, cacaco butter, and vanilla bean paste in a blender or food processor and blend on high for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides occasionally.
