Ingredients

  • 6 3/4 cups sugar substitute
  • 6 cups water
  • 3 pounds fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar substitute and water in an 8-to-10 quart kettle.
     
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves.
     
  3. Heat until boiling; boil 5 minutes.
     
  4. Add cranberries and cook about 5 minutes or until skins pop.
     
  5. Remove from heat.
     
  6. Pack sauce into hot jars, leaving 1/2 inch at the top.
     
  7. Process in boiling water for 5 minutes (start when water boils).
