This soup is a beautiful color and is very seasonal this autumn, and it is full very healthy ingredients. I might spice it up with the addition of a few sprinkled , roasted almonds or roasted pecans. I might add a bit of cinnamon and perhaps a low fat yogurt or sour cream.
