Homemade Salsa

Ingredients

  • 5 big fresh tomatoes, chopped to preferred chunkiness
  • 1/8 of an onion, chopped finely
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 handful of cilantro, finely chopped
  • 6 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Cumin, to taste
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Lime juice, or lemon juice
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of green onions
  • 1/2 cup little chilies

Instructions

  1. Put all in the food processor and pulse just a couple times until desired chunkiness. Tastes even warmer the next day!
