"There is something about this time of year that makes me crave pomegranates! I love using them any way that I can in my cooking, so recently I decided to combine my love for pomegranates with my love for brussel sprouts and create this delicious Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Pomegranates. This brussel sprout salad with pomegranates is delightfully refreshing and tastes delicious! Wow your guests with this simple brussel sprout salad recipe with homemade honey mustard dressing."


Cooking Time10 min


  • 1 pound Fresh Brussel sprouts, rinsed and dried
  • 1 Large Granny Smith apple
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 ounce Crumbled feta cheese
  1. Wash brussel sprouts and remove the outside leaves.

  2. Cut the ends of the brussel sprouts off, slice them as thin as you can.

  3. Chop or slide granny smith apple.

  4. Combine the rest of the salad ingredients in a large bowl, and toss to combine.

  5. Add honey mustard dressing right before serving.
