Steamed and Grilled BBQ Ribs

Great with beef or pork ribs, this easy Steamed and Grilled BBQ Ribs recipe shows you how to make BBQ ribs right.

Ingredients

  • 30 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 rack beef or pork ribs
  • 2 bottles barbecue sauce, or homemade

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot about half way with water.
     
  2. Press garlic cloves into the water.
     
  3. Bring the water to a boil.
     
  4. Place a steamer rack on the top of the pot. Put the ribs in the steamer rack and cover the pot.
     
  5. Allow to steam for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once with tongs.
     
  6. Put ribs in a big plastic bowl with a lid and slather with the sauce. Cover bowl and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
     
  7. Place ribs on a hot grill. Coat again with sauce. Grill until brown.

Why do people insist on publishing recipes here which are simply METHODS with no real recipe attached? "2 bottles barbecue sauce, or homemade" is where the RECIPE would have come in...except golly gee whiz, there IS no real RECIPE here. Shame on you, FaveHealthyRecipes, for publishing this.
