Flapjacked Protein Pancake Mix Review

Flapjacked Protein Pancake MixFlapJacked Protein Pancake Mix Review

Now you can start your day off with delicious and healthy pancakes! FlapJacked Protein Pancake Mixes are loaded with protein to energize your morning. The protein-powered mixes come in four varieties: Buttermilk, Banana Hazelnut, Cinnamon Apple, and Carrot Spice.

I was surprised by how well all of the pancakes came out. The mixes only require water which made me skeptical, but also excited by the ease of making them. The batter comes out perfectly to create pancakes with a texture that is neither too dense nor too fluffy. Each flavor has a distinctive taste that will have you wanting to try them all. My favorite was the Banana Hazelnut. The banana flavor was not too strong, but added a nice dimension to each bite.

On the bag of each mix are other variations and ways to use the mix. I was especially excited to see a recipe for muffins using the Carrot Spice mix. While the pancakes are delicious in every flavor, I would be interested in seeing what else the mix can make.

Taste and texture aren't the only selling points for these mixes; they are loaded with protein, while being low in calories. Each serving has 20 grams of protein and just 200 calories. This is just what your body needs to start the day off right!

Yup! These were so good - I had some Banana Hazlenut and Cinnamon Spice. For being healthy protein pancakes, these were so delish. I definitely would make these on weekend mornings.

I was surprised by how much I liked these pancakes! They tasted just like my traditional pancakes despite being healthy.

These were super tasty! I had the banana hazelnut and the carrot spice - both were great. Can't beat 20 grams of protein per serving!

These were good. The carrot spice was very flavorful. They were less fluffy than regular pancakes, but also less sugary... so, that's a bonus!

These were really good! I definitely perfer the flavored ones to the plain buttermilk though!! Plus, it's a super easy way to get protein in your breakfast!

What a great way to get a little more protein in your day! I thought the banana hazelnut could have used more flavor. I think I'd serve it with banana slices and a dollop of Nutella next time!

These hearty pancakes are full of flavor- and protein! Top them with some cinnamon and a bit of applesauce or syrup for the perfect healthy breakfast.

Y-U-M yum! I really liked the banana hazelnut. It was flavorful without being too aggressive. They really tasted like regular pancakes!

The apple cinnamon pancakes were awesome! I'd never know these were healthy; they tasted great! I found them to be very filling -- which is more than I can say for traditional pancakes!
