Frozen Pineapple Lemonade

By: Natalie Thomas from feastingonfruit.com
Frozen Pineapple Lemonade
Frozen Pineapple Lemonade

"Double fruity, extra frosty, and bursting with tangy tropical flavor–this Frozen Pineapple Lemonade is the perfect easy summertime blender beverage! This drink is super simple to make with just four ingredients plus an optional dash of turmeric for extra summertime sunshine-inspired color and anti-inflammatory power. Blend everything up until it's creamy and silky smooth and then serve it up immediately for ultimate frosty thick texture. Nothing beats this sweet citrus sip on a hot summer day, and it's good for you too!"

Since the base for this festive summertime drink is coconut milk based, it seems more to me like a tropical citrus smoothie rather than a lemonade. However, it looks delicious! With Memorial Day just round the corner, this would be a great cool treat to serve adults and children alike! It might even make a really tasty cocktail I'm thinking maybe a shot of tequila or coconut rum in it!

This is definitely going to be my go-to summer drink! The combination of pineapple and lemons sounds so refreshing!
