Vegan Carrot Cake Ice Cream Cake
"Carrot cake with frosting replaced by creamy caramel-flavored banana ice cream and custom carrot coconut sprinkles to match! This cake is completely refined sugar free, sweetened with a combination of Medjool dates and coconut sugar. The cake is also gluten-free made with oat flour. The "frosting" is made of nicecream, but sweeter and creamier with the addition of dates and coconut milk. Perfect for carrot cake lovers of any age, and for any warm weather occasion! Vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free."
