"If you have a food processor, you can make these bars for your family in just a few minutes. They are quick, EASY and so good for you. Buy your ingredients in bulk to save money. Almonds, flax seeds and toasted sesame seeds are the base. And I added a blend of all of my favorite dried fruits: pineapple, cherries, dates, apricots and mangoes. You could alter the fruit combinations for all kinds of exciting flavor profiles!"
