Tuna Crunch Casserole

Everyone has a favorite recipe for tuna noodle casserole, but not everyone knows about this crunchy variation. Try using lower fat baked potato chips to top off this casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 6.5-ounce can tuna, drained
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 10.75-ounce can condensed low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta, cooked
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 small package baked potato chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
     
  2. In a bowl, combine tuna, peas, soup, and noodles.
     
  3. Spoon into a greased baking dish.
     
  4. Moisten bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
     
  5. Top with crushed potato chips.
     
  6. Bake at 375F degrees for 35 minutes, or until bubbly hot.

Sounds good but why can't I find Dr Oz's recipes from TV program of today 1/13/12???

I was looking for the recipes for today's show. where are they. There were two particularly I would like to have.
