    Fudgey Cream Cheese Brownies

    It doesn't get better than this healthy brownie recipe. These Fudgey Cream Cheese Brownies are perfect for a cold winter day.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup butter substitute
    • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
    • 2 1/4 cups sugar substitute
    • 1 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon white whole-wheat flour
    • 10 egg whites, slightly beaten
    • salt, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1 cup chocolate chips
    • 3 ounces light cream cheese

    Instructions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
       
    2. In 2 quart saucepan, combine butter substitute and unsweetened chocolate. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted.
       
    3. Stir in remaining brownie ingredients except chocolate chips. Fold in chocolate chips.
       
    4. Spread half of batter into greased pan.
       
    5. In small bowl stir together all filling ingredients. Spread over brownie mixture.
       
    6. Spoon remaining batter over cream cheese, batter will not completely cover cream cheese mixture.
       
    7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from sides.

    YOUR INGREDIENTS CALL FOR 1/2 CUP BUTTER SUBSTITUTE, BUT YOUR INSTRUCTION SAY COMBINE 1 CUP OF BUTTER YOUR FILLING INGREDIENTS ARE NOT CLEAR IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU COULD SEPERATE THE FILLING INGREDIENTS AND BATTER INGREDIENTS.
