    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 1/2 cup sugar substitute suitable for baking
    • 2 cups white whole wheat flour
    • 4 egg whites
    • 6 tablespoons skim milk
    • 3 bananas, mashed
    • 1 cup nuts (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
       
    2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
       
    3. Bake ingredients at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
