I have a stack of plain white "tea" towels which I use specifically for cooking. An underneath blanket for spicing and buttering up a whole chicken, or just for getting the excess water out of some frozen thawed spinach, they just come in handy, and help with the mess. I am not vegan, but this lunch picture looks so pretty and fresh that I would be glad to eat this!!!
