Healthier Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Cooking Time10 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine (or equivalent butter substitute), melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
     
  2. Mix Heart Smart Bisquick, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms.
     
  3. Drop by spoonsful onto an ungreased cooking sheet.
     
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
     
  5. Mix margarine (or equivalent butter substitute) and garlic powder.
     
  6. Brush mixture over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.

I made these last night and well I had nothing left they were incredible

Red Lobster uses Bisquick also.

They don't use the low fat Bisquick though or low fat cheese
