I'm not sure how I would like this, but I'm willing to give it a shot!

A great alternate to making sandwiches with processed meat! The filling for these sandwiches uses healthy chickpeas, celery, onion and grated carrots with some mayo and seasoning. I actually do not like eating canned food and prefer to cook the chickpeas in the slow cooker. This is on the menu for tomorrow's lunch!
