Love that Honey Mustard Chicken salad. I think the chicken was fried first, with salt and pepper then mixed with all other ingredients. Nice to prepare this for the family.

This salad has such a pretty array of colors in it, with the red onion and tomatoes. When I am "marathoning" episodes of my favorite television shows, I like to keep a bowl of salad like this in front of me - sometimes dressing free and I eat it with my hands! That way there is no temptation to plow through a bag of potato chips, and you can eat the WHOLE thing and not have to feel guilty about it.

I love that this salad would make such a filling meal! No way could anyone be hungry after eating this.
