Unique Maryland Seafood Pizza

If you love pizza and you love seafood you might want to try a new recipe. Add the two together to create a seafood pizza. Sound odd? Don't judge a book by its cover.

Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza crust mix - (or make your own)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup fresh crab meat
  • 1 cup tiny shrimp, peeled
  • 1/2 cup standard oysters, drained
  • 1 cup bay scallops, drained
  • 1 portabello mushroom, sliced
  • 4 1/4 canned sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup green peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup low fat white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Spread pizza dough on to a pizza pan and spread pizza sauce.
     
  2. Top with crab, shrimp, oysters, bay scallops, mushrooms, olives, green pepper, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, sprinkle top with old bay seasoning.
     
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
