I love how the veggies are cooked in the same pan as the pasta, but doesn't the pasta get stuck together while it is resting? I would probably double this recipe, since it only serves two, and eat the leftovers for lunch the next day! The fresh basil is a must for simple pastas like this, but I might go a step further and add some freshly grated parmesan or toasted bread crumbs at the end.
