The Anne Collins Diet

By: Editors of FaveHealthyRecipes

The Anne Collins Diet focuses on the emotional aspects of dieting rather than the physical, to help give you a trauma-free weight loss experience.

What it is: The Anne Collins Diet advocates a more relaxed approach to weight loss and less antagonist relationship with food. According to this diet, quick fix solutions simply do not work.

How it works: Instead of counting calories or worrying about diet supplements, the Anne Collins Diet advocates a stress-free approach in which you gradually improve eating habits and introduce more exercise into your daily routine.

What you do
: Practitioners eat several smaller meals during the day, instead of smaller portions at three meals. The diet embraces healthy, natural foods such as organic produce, whole grains and lean protein, and light, daily exercise, such as walking. Most of all, practitioners try to let go of all weight loss worries.

Benefits: This diet seeks to enrich your life with enjoyable eating and exercise habits, rather than create stressful situations in which foods are prohibited and the like.

Downside: If you are looking for something more disciplined or quicker to see results, this diet is not the one for you.
