Lentil Pasta with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Papadini Hi-Protein lentil bean pasta
  • 1 package sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in 4 cups of water or all natural chicken broth until tender. Drain.
     
  2. Heat oil in pan and saute onion until lightly brown. Add mushrooms and saute until browned.
     
  3. Add onions, mushrooms and any liquid to cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
