No Crust Strawberry Pie

If you love strawberries, and you love pie ... and you hate crust, this recipe is for you. Check out this recipe for No Crust Strawberry Pie, a recipe that cuts out calories and keeps all the taste. This recipe only has four ingredients and can be made in minutes. Ditch the pie dish and dive into this easy pie recipe that is a cool, refrigerated dessert for absolutely any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 2.1-ounce package sugar-free cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 0.6-ounce package sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse and hull strawberries.

  2. Distribute evenly in a 10-inch pie pan.

  3. In a medium saucepan combine pudding mix, gelatin mix, and water. Stir well and bring to a full boil.

  4. Pour mixture over strawberries and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.

  5. Top with light or low fat frozen whipped topping prior to serving, if desired.

I like Strawberries and i really love this dish

This actually tastes better if you use sugar-free raspberry jello and I'm not a raspberry fan. It seems to give it a sharper strawberry taste.
