    Ingredients

    • 1 pound frozen hash browns, thawed
    • 1 pound turkey sausage
    • 1 pound Velveeta 2% Milk reduced-fat cheese, cubed
    • 8 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
    • 1/4 cup skim milk
    • salt to taste
    • pepper to taste

    Instructions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch dish with nonstick cooking spray.
       
    2. Cook turkey sausage in a skillet until browned and drain excess fat.
       
    3. Beat eggs or egg substitute with skim milk, salt, and pepper.
       
    4. In prepared dish, layer ingredients. Begin with half of hash browns, then half of turkey sausage, then half of eggs.
       
    5. Add half of cheese. Repeat layers with remaining half of ingredients.
       
    6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
