"Let's be real. I don't like working out or going to the gym. It's *totes* torture. I am always glad when I do go, and am also super excited our local Y just got all new equipment (yay for virtual running scenes!), but that doesn't mean I love sweating it out. Nope, sure don't. This is in stark contrast to my husband who considers his afternoon gym trip the highlight of his day. Who is this man I married?! But if I must go (and yes, I must), then at least I can add a little silver lining of my own by enjoying a delicious (and healthy!) tropical smoothie after working out. This Vanilla Mango Tropical Smoothie may only be three ingredients, but it's thick and smooth and sweetly satisfying. Also: yum."
