Spicy Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 (15-ounce) can spicy chili beans with sauce
- 2 1/4 ounces sliced black olives, drained, rinsed
- 1 1/4 ounce package taco seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, peeled, chopped
- fresh cilantro, chopped
- unsalted corn tortilla chips
Instructions

In a food processor add beans, handful of tomatoes, handful of onion, 3/4 of the chopped cilantro, taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water; pulse until chunky.

Fill serving dish with bean mixture; top with remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
