Cooking MethodSlow Cooker

  • 1/4 cup brown rice
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 4 1/2 ounces dried mixed fruit, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

How can these recipes be considered healthy when you do not designate how many servings per recipe nor any of the nutritional information?
