Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted (or butter or margarine )
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 dropper of NuNaturals Lemon NuSteviaâ„¢ Liquid Stevia

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.

  2. Add all ingredients and stir until well combined.

  3. Shape dough by hand into cookie dough bites. (Bite-sized or larger, your choice)

  4. The dough can be a bit crumbly, but will hold together when you shape into balls. If the dough is too wet, just add a bit of flour at a time until combined.
