Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Fage Greek yogurt
  • 2 Truvia packets
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly combine the protein powder, yogurt, Truvia, baking soda and salt in a microwave safe mug. Pop in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
     
  2. The cake will slip out of the mug very easily just use a butter knife or fork to pry it away from the sides a bit. Now you can eat it as is or top it with whipped cream, berries or sugar free chocolate syrup!

i dont know what happened but i made this..it went out of the mug onto the microwave..i did use baking powder as thats what you used in the video but the recipe called for baking soda and you kept saying baking soda so what is it baking soda or baking powder,as there is a big difference there.i would like to try to make it again.i am giving this one star because it did not turn out at all
