Cooking MethodNo Bake


  • 4 tablespoons coconut flour (can use almond flour as well)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut crystals, or other raw dry sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder, or carob powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk, or other nut/seed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1 dash cinnamon


  1. In a large mug, combine all ingredients and stir well.
  2. Eat now or serve warm from the dehydrator. Drizzle with warm carob/chocolate sauce, if desired.
