This healthy brownie recipe truly lives up to its name. Try these Easy and Delicious Cheesecake Brownies if you're looking for a fix of something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 (19.8-ounce) package Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar substitute
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.
     
  3. Pour into greased baking pan.
     
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
     
  5. Add sugar. Mix until blended.
     
  6. Add egg and vanilla; mix just until blended.
     
  7. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture; cut through with knife for marble or zebra effect.
     
  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.
     
  9. Cool; cut into squares.
