When serving family style as a side dish, I would probably double or triple this salad recipe, since it serves anly 1 (Really big portion) to 2 people. I am happy to see this new and flavorful way to prepare Brussels sprouts! I think it is an underused vegetable, with memories of the boiled odiferous variety that grandma made! I sometimes like to use shaved fresh ones for a sweet and sour slaw, and have even salted and firmented them before to make a Brussels sprout sauerkraut!

Everything about this salad sounds delicious! I can't wait to try it!
