This Kale Detox Salad is a great meal for when you feel like your healthy eating lifestyle is derailed. Packed with kale, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli, it is super healthy and easy to make. Sunflower seeds and almonds add some protein. This kale salad is paired with a sweet and tangy homemade dressing to make all of the other flavors pop. It also couldn't be easier to prepare, since you just pulse everything in a food processor until chopped. Top it off with the dressing and you're ready to enjoy this Kale Detox Salad!

This salad is a welcome change from traditional tossed salad recipes I see everywhere with lettuce. It is pleasing to the eye since it is so colorful, and It has a very nice crunch to it. You can't go wrong since it is so nutritious, a great way to get in your cruciferous vegetables!

I agree! You don't often see purple in salad, and wow does it look good in this recipe! I will have to try this one out.
