Tangy BBQ Chicken

Finding creative ways of cooking barbeque chicken can be a challenge, but the tangy flavors in this easy recipe are unexpected and delightful! Try Tangy BBQ Chicken tonight!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 chicken halves

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients (except chicken) in a gallon-sized sealable bag.
     
  2. Add chicken to the bag and toss to coat.
     
  3. Allow to marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning bag periodically to recoat chicken.
     
  4. Smoke, grill, or bake chicken until no pink juices flow when stabbed with a knife.
