Wow! Avocado dressing. The second novel recipe I discovered today. I think you have to prepare this avocado dressing from scratch. I wonder how this tastes. I have tried the guacamole dip, but I have to taste the dressing on a salad.

That avocado dressing that is used here is so versatile - I like to use it in place of regular mayo in a lot of things, from dips to sandwich and wrap spreads, and even on a burger! I have never seen the white sweet potatoes before, but that is such a great idea! I'll have to check out my local farmers market this weekend and see if I can find some.
