Most creamy pasta salads are made with mayonnaise, but for a lighter version, this one is made with Greek yogurt. Between the yogurt and the tuna fish, one serving of this easy pasta salad packs over 17g of protein! You could even switch out the tuna for other seafood flavors, such as crabmeat or shrimp. I've seen the recipe of this salad and it's very easy to prepare. The ingredients are readily available. If any of them are not available in one location, they can be optional or can be substituted by a similarly healthy choice. I can't wait to make this pasta tuna salad. I hope my granddaughter will like it.

May I just add that I like the Greek yogurt used here instead of the regular mayonnaise. Greek yogurt which is lighter than mayonnaise is good for weight watchers.
