Everybody needs a quick, healthy dinner recipe to whip up after a long day. Chicken and Asparagus Lemon Stir Fry is a perfect example. This dish uses a Japanese soy sauce called Shoyu, which is similar to Chinese soy sauce but it has a more full-bodied flavor and a touch of sweetness. Serve this over brown rice to create a savory and filling meal. It doesn't take very long to prepare, which makes it a great weeknight meal. Most of these ingredients are probably in your kitchen already, so this is a great dinner option if you're on a budget.

This looks like such an easy (and healthy) recipe! I will definitely be trying this one.

I love dinners like this that are super simple and quick to make, but still taste amazing!

This quick chicken recipe is especially delicious in the spring / summer months when the asparagus is nice and fresh at peak season. You could try the white variety for a change too. The lemon gives it a nice pop of brightness, and I would also add additional zest for a little more color near the end of cooking. I love asparagus!

These are two of my favorite ingredients - and it's so easy, I love it!

This is such a delicious and easy recipe that can be made gluten free by using Tamari instead of regular soy sauce. i usually use chicken thighs when cooking chicken (which is a staple in our household) because chicken breasts tend to get too dry for my taste. This recipe is delicious with the chicken breasts and healthier too!

My husband and I eat chicken on a regular basis, but it can get a bit boring and repetitive. I can't wait to try this recipe, because I really think it will kick things up a notch.

This dish looks good! I am always looking for new and healthy recipes for chicken. Chicken and asparagus are a great flavor combination, especially this time of the year. For a more intense lemon flavor, I would add a 1/2 teaspoon of grated lemon rind. Rice or noodles would make a great side dish.
