The sriracha BBQ sauce sounds interesting and is certainly a nice change from the usual ketchup. My family loves meatloaf and we have it quite often at our house. Sometimes I like to add a layer of thawed frozen vegetables like peas and carrots in the middle of the loaf. It looks attractive and adds taste to the meal.
