Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Namaste Blondie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1/2 cup crystalized ginger, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray 8x8-inch pan with non-stick spray.
     
  2. Combine Blondie mix, oil, egg, orange juice, ginger and zest until well blended. Stir in crystalized ginger.
     
  3. Bake 18 to 24 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on wire rack.
