Cooking MethodNo Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds, sprouted
  • 1/4 cup mesquite powder, or lucuma
  • 3 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup dates, soaked (save the water to moisten the dough if needed)

Instructions

  1. Process the sprouted almonds, mesquite powder, cacao nibs and sea salt until crumbly.
     
  2. Add the coconut oil and vanilla to the mixture and process again.
     
  3. Next, add the cherries and dates, and process again.
     
  4. Press into parchment-lined heart molds. Chill for 10 minutes or more.
