Slow Cooker Dollar Store Soup

This is one of very best slow cooker soup recipes around because just about everyone will love this one. Perhaps the best part about this Slow Cooker Dollar Store Soup recipe is that all of the ingredients used were purchased at a dollar store. This low cost recipe is only easy on the wallet, but it's easy to make, is delicious and is low in fat, carbs and calories.

Cooking MethodSlow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces dry pinto beans, soaked overnight in 3 cups of water
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (27 ounces) chopped spinach
  • 1 can (15 ounces) sliced beets, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 jar (8.3 ounces) sliced banana peppers
  • 1 jar (10 ounces) mushroom pieces and stems
  • 1 bag (5 ounces) roasted sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoons dried chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning herb blend
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • 3 1/2 cups broth

Instructions

  1. Once the beans have finished soaking, thoroughly drain and then add to your slow cooker.
     
  2. Add all of the other ingredients into the slow cooker, and stir to distribute everything evenly.
     
  3. Set your slow cooker to High, and cook for 5 to 7 hours. Be sure the beans and completely cooked before serving.

I am sorry but this soup dont even sound good, gots to much stuff in it to really be good and alot of people dont care for some of the stuff in it also.. again I am sorry I cant vote good for your soup.
