I'm not diabetic, but I still like to watch my carb and sugar intake! I'll be adding some of these recipes to my recipe box.

I'm so glad I found this eCookbook! My grandpa was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and this will be the perfect tool to help him stay healthy.
